Oromocto Diamond

After a pilgrimage in New Brunswick, Sam Murdock (Lesbo Vrouven) and Pascal Asselin (Millimetrik) had a revolutionary vision of a meteorite crashing into the small town of Oromocto, a revelation that will unfold on five recordings (3 cds & 2 vinyls) over 18 months.

Helped by friends on keyboards, the first cd called le choc du future will be officially released in the fall of 2009. The album tells a bold and strong story of survival and urgency. While on past projects, there were the suggestion of a possible revolution, embedded in the words and the imageries, this time the lyrics, composition, and layout in this album all merge together to give you something different; something to inspire thought that runs much deeper than what is printed on the lyrics sheet.
